Debra A. Woog (pronounced like “Vogue” magazine) originally created Connect2 Corporation to coach women professionals. She helped them to accelerate their individual development and career growth with outstanding communications. In 2019, after 20 years in business, she refocused Connect2 on supporting women to navigate their way through personal and professional crises.

Debra’s career path has included conducting research at Harvard Business School for an award-winning career development study. She advised nine technology start-ups as Director of People Strategy for Cambridge Incubator, and directed admissions and career development for the MIT MBA dual-degree program Leaders for Global Operations. The Boston Globe profiled Debra for her outstanding abilities to select talented candidates, motivate and develop employees, and resolve conflicts between people as well as between organizations.
