Lawn Care Help North of Boston
Do you know of someone needing lawn care help North of Boston? The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team assists residents of Burlington, Woburn, Billerica, Wilmington, and Bedford. Jay Barnes of Burlington, is the founder, administrator, and treasurer of The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team. In 2022, the Dream Team provided free yard service 267 times, while in 2021, they provided free yard service 135 times.
Mid May through early November, The Burlington Lawn Mowers Dream Team provides free lawn mowing along with additional yard service for area residents in need.
The following are examples of people who would qualify: Financial distress, elderly, veterans, single parents, or injured). They assist with free lawn mowing, weed pulling, weed whacking/weed eating, branch trimming, small branch removal, hedge trimming, or other yard service. They review your needs on a lawn by lawn basis, and will try to accommodate your needs.
Please assist in sharing this free lawn mowing and other yard service to needy residents in each town/city.
If you want to volunteer in assisting needy residents with free lawn mowing or other yard duties, please let Jay know. You can volunteer for one yard or multiple yards starting in mid May. Moreover, you can decide if you want to mow the yard only, weed whack only, or perform multiple yard duties. Also, professional landscapers are welcome to volunteer with us if they are available. Volunteers must be at least 13 years old. Women and retirees are encouraged to volunteer. No new volunteers will ever have to volunteer alone.
